After many years of the-same-old-same-old bathroom, we finally decided to do a remodeling project. We don’t have a lot of money to spend on this project, nor a large bathroom for that matter, so we were going to replace our existing shower stall by taking it, and the linen closet next to it, out and then putting in a shower with a bench-type seat in it.
That was before we went to the home improvement store to look at the selection of bathroom bathtubs. It was a little daunting to see all the different sizes and styles, and we even had a slight squabble in the aisle while discussing which color to choose. At one point we were leaning toward turning our basement bathroom into a spa and started pricing those since they allow two people or more depending on the size. The price tag on those squelched those ideas in a hurry.
Then we spotted a corner bathtub Jacuzzi unit. It offers the best of both worlds! Even with our limited space, a two-person corner bathtub would fit perfectly, and with the Jacuzzi features, we’d have the spa experience as well
